Necessary Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Early Years)
– Minimum 3 years work experience in the field of early years education
– Experience with play-based, inquiry-based pedagogical approach
– Criminal background check
– Knowledge in Reggio Emilia approach is an advantage
